Every fall, the one thing I most look forward to is pumpkin everything! I absolutely love the taste and smell of pumpkin and I can't wait to make my favorite pumpkin desserts. This one is one of my best! It takes only a few minutes to make and it tastes AMAZING!! This recipe makes 12 servings and is perfect by itself or served with ice cream.
What You Need:
1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and milk. Stir in cinnamon and salt. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin filling. Sprinkle pecans over the cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool.

Ordinary cake fixings are flour, sugar, eggs, spread or oil, a fluid, and raising specialists, for example, preparing pop or potentially heating powder. Normal extra fixings and flavorings incorporate dried, sweetened, or new natural product, nuts, cocoa, and concentrates, for example, vanilla, with various substitutions for the essential fixings. Cakes can likewise be loaded with natural product jelly or treat sauces (like baked good cream), frosted with buttercream or different icings, and adorned with marzipan, funneled outskirts, or candy-coated fruit.
