When you are trying to loose weight, it is helpful to have answers to those everyday questions that can help you along your weight loss journey. This book does exactly that. 
     The most interesting thing I found about this book is that I found it is great not just for people looking to loose weight, but it is filled with excellent nutritional information. This book answers common questions such as. "Why do men loose weight faster than women?", and "What foods help speed up metabolism?". It is an interesting and playful look at health and the choices we all make each day. 
     For me, I know as I read the book it answered many of the questions I had. Although I am not actively looking to loose weight, we strive to always maintain a healthy lifestyle.
