The Scion sled changes everything you know about sledding. Lean it, drift it and carve it down the mountain at white knuckle speed.
THE SCION BY SNOLO

Snolo have transformed traditional sledding into a controllable white knuckle experience like no other. Inspired by motorcycle handling and Formula One car design, the Scion sled will carve the mountain as gracefully or aggressively as you can handle. Like surfing and snow boarding etc, the more you ride, the better you get. The Scion's full potential is yet to be discovered.

WHY MAKE A SNOW SLED FOR ADULTS?

Not everyone can ski or board to a level that delivers the desired thrills. Some have joint injuries that prevent them from experiencing the thrills of skiing or boarding. Some feel too old to continue or to learn to ski or board. Some, like me, crave a new winter sports experience.
WHAT’S THE SCION LIKE TO RIDE?

Imagine being in a race car seating position on a Tetron padded waterproof F1 styled seat. You look down the powder covered slope knowing that you are seconds from experiencing a ride that is somewhere between flying a fighter jet, boarding, surfing and racing a motorcycle. You push off and the wind instantly whistles through your helmet as you gather speed at an alarming rate. You hold your breath and push on the foot pegs to initiate your first turn, you lean into the corner with your arm outstretched like a surfer in a wave. You brush the snow, feeling your speed with your hand as snow showers up behind you. You straighten out and then lean right as the back of the sled drifts out, you manage to cross up the steering in time to drift perfectly as you regain control.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not use your hands to steer. I use my hands to balance and because it feels good.

These are not the kinds of sleds that we used to use as kids
