These look fun but for sure for 'older' children. I am sure they are much safer, but a rubber band in the wrong place can sting and cause damage. I know my nephew would love this though.

Toy guns shouldn't be banned, it will simply not work. Toy guns are good they make children feel safe, and cops should be trained to tell the difference between toy guns and real guns. Toy guns have been banned in many states. I totally agree with this.
